He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert John Leeper "RJ" and Mary Couch Leeper. He is survived by: his sister Lisa Leeper Williams (Greg) of Jefferson City; his nephews, Brian Williams (Ashley) of Jefferson City and Eric Williams (Sarah) of Arrington, TN; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Maddox, Caroline, Samuel, Judah, Emma-Jane, Avery, Leah and Grant Williams.
