She is survived by: her husband James Cook; her mother Roberta Brill Eldridge (Bobbie); her stepfather George Eldridge; her daughter Lindsay Cook; her grandmother Rose Kniffin; her stepsister Sandy Dorenus; her sister Maleena Wright; and her stepbrother Jason Eldridge (Kim). She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
