It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sylvia Rebecca Bales of Dandridge, Tennessee, who passed away on March 17, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband James Rodney Bales; her children, James Curtis Bales, Marvin Edward Bales and Margaret Ann Bales; and her parents, Robert Taylor and Margaret Catherine Cox Henderson.
She is survived by: her son John Ray Bales (Paula); and her grandchildren, Jason Bales, Teresa Bales Metcalf, Michael, Marty, Timmy, Brandon Bales, Christy Bales Braden, John, Billy Bales, Jesse, Tyler Finchum and Cayla Bales Brena. She is also survived by great-grandchildren and extended family.
