He is survived by: his daughter Emma Blair; his parents, Linda Blair and Bobby Blair; his significant other Vickie Gunter; his significant other's children, Amanda James and Scott McCabe; his grandchildren, MacKenzie, Kennedy and Oakley James; his siblings, Bobby Blair, Jr. (Melissa) and Michelle Rowland (Stacy); his close friends, Joe Shults (Pam) and David Miller (Jeannie); his niece Hannah Conley (Chris); his nephews, Isaac Blair (Alexis) and Jared Rowland; and his great-nephew Bryson Conley.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Manes Funeral Home Chapel (363 E Main St, Newport, TN 37821). A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. An entombment was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Resthaven Memorial (2642 US-25W #70, Dandridge, TN 37725).
