He was predeceased by: his parents, Sanford Henry Jinks and Hazel Marie Carter Jinks; and his brothers, Clifford Lewis Jinks and Herman Kyle Jinks. He is survived by: his wife Norma Jinks; his children, Jeff Jinks (Robin) and Lisa Smith (Chris); his grandchildren, Michael Jinks (April), Sarah Miller (Tyler), Cody Smith (Deanna), Sean Smith and Kristie Potter; and his great grandchildren, Mikayla Jinks, Jaxson Jinks, Emelyn Miller, Payton Miller, Nolan Ferguson, Lilly Smith and Charlotte Smith. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and special friends.
