He was predeceased by: his parent Betty Swann; and his brother Johnny Swann. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Swann; his children, Travis Swann, Sammie Swann, Lexi Swann, Lesley Swann, Hannah Collins and Hailey Collins; his grandchildren, Brycton Swann and Xzayden-Zek Swann; and his sister Lois Fain. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
