With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth Ann Coleman of Dandridge, Tennessee, born in Paragould, Arkansas, who passed away on March 16, 2024 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Skaggs and Lenora Skaggs (Kappelman); and her husband George Roger Coleman. She is survived by: her daughter Peggy Ann Thom. She is also survived by extended family, cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers, Peggy asks that memorial gifts be made to an animal shelter such as C.A.R.E 320 Landfill Rd, Jefferson City, TN or the Humane Society of Jefferson Co., 822 Epco Dr, Dandridge, TN 37725.
