It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roy Lee Branner (Dandridge, Tennessee), who passed away on September 23, 2018, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parent Charles Branner, Sr. He is survived by: his mother Frances V. Nichols Branner; and his siblings, Charles Branner, Jr. (Wilma) of Knoxville, Billy Branner (Donna) of Dandridge, Patricia Ann Allen of Knoxville and Margaret Y. Branner Jones of Dandride. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
