He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Patterson and Elizabeth Patterson; and his sisters, Shirley, Mamie and Ruby.
He is survived by: his wife Debra Patterson; his children, Calvin Patterson (Trina), Tammy Higgs (Bozz), Peter Kniffen (Tonya) and Jaren Kniffen; his grandchildren, Justin, Robby, Johnathan, Elaina, Maddux and Jaxon; and his brothers, Kenny Patterson (Rena) and Frank Patterson (Donna). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Farrar Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.
