She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Walker and Mildred Margery Chappell; and her son Donnel Avery Powell. She is survived by: her husband Avery Powell; her children, John Powell (Kelly) of Muscle Shoals, AL, Jenna Campbell (Jamie) of Cookeville, TN and Victoria Trautman of Port Clinton, OH; and her brother Gary Chappell of Gallatin, TN. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, one great great-grandchild, and a host of family and friends.
