She was predeceased by: her parents, Artis Moore and Mavis Moore; her siblings, James Moore, Charles Moore, Shirly Ann Emmons and Linda Sue Johnston; and her sons, Steven Blair Vaught and Richard Darrell Vaught.
She is survived by: her husband Earnest Vaught; her children, Karen Rafalowski (Tracy), Patrick Vaught (Debra) and Alisa Howerton (Scott); her grandchildren, Ashley Slone (Tyler), Michelle Vaught (Steven Maursetter), Abby Rafalowski (David Tullock), Presley Vaught, Taylor Howerton (Jasmine) and Jordan Trent (Aaron); and her great grandchildren, Bella Vaught, Ava Slone, Rilee and Raygan Howerton.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Farrar Funeral Home (162 E Meeting St, Dandridge, TN 37725). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Hillcrest Cemetery (386 US-25W, Dandridge, TN 37725).
In lieu of flowers, the family encourages memorial donations to St. Jude Children's Hospital, a charity that was close to her heart.
