She was predeceased by: her parents, James Henry and Alverta Salyer; and her husband Charles. She is survived by: her sister Gay Salyer (Jim) of West Virginia; her children, Belinda West (Will) of Dandridge, TN, Michael Vickers (Sandy) of Newport, TN, Brent Vickers (Sharon) of Dandridge, TN. and Hubert Vickers (Linda) of Dandridge, TN.; her grandchildren, Jody Layman (Tina), Chris Layman (Lia), Marie Vickers, Micheal Vickers (Whitney), Noah Vickers (Ashley), Sally Zhao (Caleb), Betsy Sheffey (Charles), Molly Langton (Royle), Samuel Vickers and John Vickers; her great grandchildren, Hannah Bryant (Taylor), Natalie, Dalton, Slaton, Kennedy, Mason, Norah, Audrey, Gabriel, Olivia, Vaughna, Jacob, Haley, Matthew, Jase, Kobi, Lily and James; and her great great grandchildren, Riley and Bailey. She is also survived by many other extended family and friends.
