He was predeceased by: his parents, Waldo V. Pettenati and Camilla J. Pettenati. He is survived by: his wife Mari; his siblings, Steve, John and Lissa; his children, Matthew, Dustin (Mary Byrd), Nicholas (Debi) and Nicole (Scott); and his uncle Louie. He is also survived by his many cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of donations or flowers Mark requested prayers for children and others with cancer.
