She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald H. Raxter; her brothers, Gaylord, Kermit, Woodrow, Joe and Edro Sargent; and her grandson Robert H. Raxter (Bobby).
She is survived by: her brother Randall Sargent of Bristol, TN.; and her children, Marie Hopwood (Richard) of Tullahoma, TN, James Earl Raxter (Sherry) of Kingsport, TN and Kermit Randall Raxter (Nancy) of Clinton, TN. She is also survived by five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.
