With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kenneth L. Chesney of Dandridge, Tennessee, born in Luttrell, Tennessee, who passed away on July 12, 2022 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Peggy; his parents, Edgar Chesney and Ella Chesney; his siblings, Edgar Gordon, Edward, Herman, Helen Davis and Imogene Seltzer; and his daughter Mary Angela.
He is survived by: his children, Leigh Chesney Barnes (Curtis), Kay Chesney Alexander (Ralph) and Michael (Karen); his grandchildren, Craig Alexander (Joni), Cory Alexander, Emily Chesney Justus and Leanne Chesney (Richard Parks); his great grandchildren, Deacon Justus, Ella Parks and Jacob Parks; and his siblings, James, Billy, Marlene and Ruth. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Dandridge First United Methodist Church Congregational Care Ministry.
