He was predeceased by: his parents, Barbara Conklin and Kenneth Conklin Sr.; his siblings, Debbie Sicliano and Kevin Conklin; and his parents-in-law, Maria and Walter Uzar.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Conklin; his daughter Cassandra Akin; his son-in-law Adam Akin; his granddaughters, Charlotte and Georgia; his daughter Lindsay Russell; his son-in-law Brad Russell; his grandsons, Jeremiah and Kenny; and his siblings, Cindy Conklin and Bill Conklin. He is also survived by many sister-in-laws, brother-in-laws, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in his name to Christ Prince of Peace Retreat Center.
