She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Allen; her parents, Perry Phillips and Lennie Phillips; and her brothers, Cecil Phillips (Marie) and A. R. Phillips (Susie).
She is survived by: her daughters, Darlene Bradley, Barbara Elder (Freddie), Pauline Allen-Holbert (Doug) and Stacy Schlabach (Eric); and her close friends, Curt and Judy Wilson. She is also survived by five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
