He was predeceased by: his parents, Farmalt Henry and Ruth Henry; his siblings, John Henry and Thelma Smelcer; his former wife Anna Miller Henry; and his wife Louise Green.
He is survived by: his children, Ruth Ann Potts and Mike Henry (Lavonna); his stepdaughters, Cindy Hall and Anna Milligan; his grandchildren, Shannen Reece, Crystal Carrier, Chris Holt, Jessica Turner, Cody Milligan and Amber Trentham; and his great grandchildren, Matthew Hughes, Michael Hughes, Katelyn Reece, Madison Reece, Dayton Dalton, Dawson Trentham, Easton, Brylee Holt, Al Large, Gary Griffin, Jim, Mary Vanhattern, Gail Potts, Richard Donahoo and Jerry Phillips. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
