He is survived by: his children, William Oliver Billiter (Kelli), Fallon Nicole Billiter Todd (Tyler) and Destiny Christian Billiter; his grandchildren, Bryson Draeger, Addison Ayers, Haylee Todd and Jase Todd; his mother Kelsie Billiter; and his brother Jamie Lee Billiter (Sandy). He is also survived by four aunts and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
