He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ell Adkins, Sr. and Karen McDonald Adkins Bell. He is survived by: his wife BJ Adkins; his children, Caleb Adkins, McKenzie Craig and Kelsie Mae Adkins; his mother-in-law Debra Gannon; and his siblings, Ginger Ramsey (Michael), Mary Ray (Steve) and Jerry Adkins (Melinda). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Farrar Funeral Home to help with expenses.
