She was predeceased by: her parents, Coy Cotter and Jessie Lou Cotter; and her brothers, Frankie, Allen and Robert.
She is survived by: her husband Delmer West; her daughters, Rhonda Hall (Jerry) and Rachel Maurino (James); her grandchildren, Zachary Messer, Megan Hall, Kelsey Messer, Rebekah Betkey (Zachary), Makayla Messer and Sarah Hall; and her great grandchildren, Mia Messer and Max Messer.
A reception was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Jefferson Memorial Gardens (812 E Broadway Blvd, Jefferson City, TN 37760).
