He is survived by: his spouse Bobbie Richardson of Dandridge, TN; his children, Felix Manual (Angelia) of Suffolk, VA, Shonda Smith of Knoxville, TN, Renea Porter of Knoxville, TN, Tony Richardson (Marcie) of Dandridge, TN, Rusty Allen of Knoxville, TN, Jill Mclarin of Jackson, TN and Terrell Dockery of Morristown, TN.; his siblings, Billy Richardson (Diane) of Texas, Mary Stewart (Eddie) of Nashville, Tommy Richardson, Dorothy Moody (James) of Nashville, TN, Betty Gudger, Linda Richardson of Newport, TN and Lawrence Richardson (Lisa) of Nashville, TN; his siblings-in-law, Diane Neal (Jamie Byrge) of Dandridge, TN and Doug Branner of Dandridge, TN; and his aunt Edna Taylor of Dandridge, TN. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
