He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry "Bus" Humbard and Nelia Humbard; his daughter Angie Humbard Berry; his grandson Cody Raby; his brother Thomas Humbard; his stepdaughter Michele Sharp; and his stepgrandson Adam Sharp.
He is survived by: his wife Sheila Humbard; his children, James "Jimmy" Edward Humbard Jr. of New Market, Dennis Humbard Sr. (Amanda) of Morristown, Keith Humbard Sr. (Kim) of Jefferson City and Kandie Humbard of Dandridge; his stepson Marvin Houser of Dandridge; his grandchildren, Kayla Henry (Blake), Trey Humbard of Dennis, Humbard Jr., Keith Ryan Humbard Jr., Lori Humbard (Brandon), Nick Humbard, Trevor Cameron, Cameron Berry, Jeremiah Humbard, Leah Humbard and Ella Humbard; his stepgrandchildren, Andrew Sharp, Alex Sharp, Austin Sharp, Adrain Sharp, Avery Houser, Kaylie Houser, Ayden Houser and Connor Whetzel; and his siblings, Betty Atkins of Rutledge, Jerry "Mule" Humbard of Washburn and Bobby Humbard of Kansas. He is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.
