He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Gray and Vaudine Gray. He is survived by: his wife Betty Gray; his daughter Ashlee Hurtt (Adam); his grandsons, Aaron, Adam Jr. (A. J.), Jacob and Jace; and his sister Frances Parker.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Central Heights Baptist Church, 108 E. Price Rd., Dandridge, TN 37725.
