She was predeceased by: her parents, Jake Cupp and Ada Cupp; and her sister Mary Jones. She is survived by: her husband Buck Carmichael; her children, Jeanie Miller (David) and Buddy Carmichael; and her brother Dean Cupp (Pat). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and special friends.

The family has requested that In Lieu of Flowers.
