She is survived by: her daughter Cynthia Metheny (Joe) of New Market, TN; her stepson Corey Brassell (Amber) of Greenville, KY; her siblings, Annette Morris of Bowling Green, KY, Donald Scott Goad of Bowling Green and Charles Houston Goad (Tammy) of Bowling Green; her grandchildren, Phillip Thomas, Mary Thomas, Taylor Morgan (Chris), LeAnn Kendall, Megan Seibers (Jacob), Cody Metheny (Kristy), Dean Canler (Danielle), Evan Humphrey, Reece Brassell, Jaxen Brassell and Gage Brassell; her great grandchildren, Isaiah, Shawn, Chloe, Macy, Blake, Adeline, Remi, Liam, Sadie, Layne, Dawson and Amelia; her niece Moranda Butcher (Stephen) of Bowling Green; and her nephews, Jeremy Akins (Lynn) of Palm Beach, FL and Clay Humphrey of Bowling Green.
