She was predeceased by: her parents, Bryan O'Brien Williams and Nancy Matilda Williams; her brothers, Paul A. Williams and B. C. Williams; and her husband James Thomas (Jim).
She is survived by: her daughter Sabrina Thomas of Dandridge; her sister-in-law Rose Williams of Oakley, California; her nieces, Charlene Williams Franchetto (Tony) of Oakley, California, Linda Williams Garcia (Jon) of Isleton, California and Betty Wood Burnette of Knoxville, TN; her nephew Paul A. Williams, Jr. (Debra) of Hampton, TN; and her great-nephew Alan McCarrell of Knoxville, TN. She is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, and cousins.
