He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Foland; his daughter Lisa Kudlemyer (Tommy); his grandchildren, Douglas Musick (Kristy) and Brittney Briggs (Justin); his great grandchildren, Conner, Lillie Musick, Kylin, Raylin, Wesley Briggs, Caleb and Anthony Debaun; and his sister Bonnie Williams. He is also survived by his family and friends.
