It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gail Q. Hickman of Dandridge, Tennessee, who passed away on August 1, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Quarles and Lola Quarles. She is survived by: her husband Bill Hickman; her children, Shannon Oliver (Stephen) of Franklin, TN and John Hickman (Brittany) of Charlotte, NC; her grandchildren, Annsley Oliver, Ross Oliver and Neyland Hickman; and her sister Bonnie Parker (Frank) of Greeneville, TN. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
