He is survived by: his wife Maleta Fain (Chrisman); his son Mike Fain; his grandchildren, Brandi Montgomery (Charlie) and Damian Fain; his great grandchildren, Briana, Shyanne and Sarah Montgomery; his brother Clyde Fain (Carolyn); and his sister-in-law Betty Fain.
