He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Campbell Perry; his children, Lynn Cutright of Mt. Juliet, Tennessee and Chris Perry of Dandridge, Tennessee; his brother Roy Perry of Middletown, Ohio; and his grandchildren, Paige Fuhrer, Ragan Cutright, Dylan Perry and Cole Perry.
