He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Pat" Berg; his son Kristopher Berg (Stacy); his grandchildren, Matthew Berg (Amber), Michael Berg and Sydnie Lupton (Max); and his pets, Annie III, Callie and Emslie. He is also survived by pet companions.
