It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Ritter Horton of Dandridge, Tennessee, born in Washburn, Tennessee, who passed away on May 7, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Joe Carpenter Horton; her parents, Cecil Ritter and Edith Ritter; and her sister Mable Fern. She is survived by: her friend Christian; her children, Rhonda Furlong (Chris), Leatha Young (Bob) and Joe Horton (Natalie); her grandchildren, Phillip, Bryan, John, Connor Furlong, Cole, Blakely Young, Graham, Zoey and Grace Horton; and her siblings, Ramah Phillips (Steve) and Kevin Ritter (Terry). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
