He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonas Hurst and Ada Hurst; and his sisters, Shirley Webb and Zola Henry. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Hurst of Dandridge; his nephew Clyde Henry, Jr. of Dandridge; his siblings, Lee Roy Hurst (Agnes) of Mosheim, Debbie Hollifield (Tommy) of Parrottsville and Dottie Suggs (Frank) of Parrottsville; and his close friends, Crystal and Sam Fox of Newport. He is also survived by nephews, other family and friends.
