We are sad to announce that on April 2, 2024, at the age of 78, Elbert Elen Steele of Dandridge, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucy Steele and James Steele of Chattaroy, WV.; his significant other Nocha Sue; his siblings, William Steele (Loretta), Lorenzo Steele (Carol), James Steele (Geri), Vonceal Triplet (Gene), Ella Norman (Toby), Della Jean Chapman (Garland) and Rebecca; and his wife Sylvia Nicinsky Donahoe.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sheena Varney (Jeffrey) of Delbarton and Kimberly Starr (Timothy) of Dandridge, TN; his stepson TJ George (Ronda) of Middleton, OH; his stepgrandchildren, Daniel, Carrisa and Caroline; his grandchildren, Heather Varney, Jeffrey Varney (Keisha), Timothy Starr (Hayden), Joshua Starr (Tabitha), Gideon Starr, Jonathan Varney (Miranda) and William Varney (Sydney); his great grandchildren, James, Ethan, Alaina, Jacob, Eli, Bryson, Alexis, Emma, Hayes, Khloe, Skye, Elliot, Jaden, Kailey, Landon, Luke, Thea, Heidi, Dawcyn, Daccyn and Nocha Sue; and his nephews, Ronnie Estepp (Tammy) and Mike Estepp.
