She was predeceased by: her parents, William Downey Cash and Mary Ellen Slater Cash; and her son Kenneth W. Smith. She is survived by: her daughter Deborah Moore; her son-in-law Frederick Wayne Moore; her sister-in-law Helen Cash; her granddaughter Kiara Smith; her great grandchild Easton Rubinstein; and her daughter-in-law Johnna Smith. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
