He was predeceased by: his brother Jerry Jarnigan. He is survived by: his wife Jean McIntosh Jarnigan; his children, Dena Oakes (Ken), David Black and Kristen Dutton (Craig); his grandchildren, Kennedy Oakes, Joshua Oakes, Elijah Black, Nathaniel Dutton, Lily Dutton and Josiah Black; and his brothers, Bill Jarnigan (Norma) and Murel Jarnigan (Barbara).
