He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Earl Edward and Evelyn Lillard Rhodes; his wife Joann; his sons, Earl Edward Rhodes, III (Paige) of Newport, Christopher Mason Rhodes (Tracey) of Johnson City and Scott Heath Rhodes (Hayley) of Newport; his stepdaughter Melina Stokely of Newport; his sister-in-law Dean Galbreath of Hartford; and his grandchildren, Earl Edward, IV, Nicholas, Ally, Tristan, Cody, Seth Rhodes, Heath and Seth Hannah. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
