She was predeceased by: her parents, Granville Ellis and Myrtle Ellis; her sons, Jacky and Jim Mantooth; and her grandson Terry Mantooth.

She is survived by: her children, Chuck Mantooth (Glenda), Debbie Baxter (Bart), Shelia Dennis and Jeannie Shemwell (Jerry); and her brother Bill Ellis. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
