He is survived by: his parents, Coy Webber and Donna Morgan Webber; his brother Davy Webber; his grandmother Imogene Tinsley of Dandridge; and his stepgrandmother Elizabeth Morgan of Jefferson City. He is also survived by several cousins, uncles, aunts, and many friends.
