She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Joe Martoglio and Mildred Martoglio (Pent); her husband Luther G. Otterson; her daughters, Debra Jackson (Mark) and Pamela Sneed (Lindell); her grandchildren, Danielle Montgomery (Russell), Mark Jackson (Kristen), Amanda Hankes (Bradley), Joseph Jackson and Lyndsie Gross (Brad); her great grandchildren, Tristan, Drake, Hudson, Isabella and Briella; and her sisters, Roberta Sandusky and Rena Dorris.
