She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Foister and Margret Foister; her husband Charles William Miller; and her son Charles Maury Miller. She is survived by: her daughter Seprina Coggins (Rusty); her grandchildren, Morgan Alexander (Dalton), Christan Richman (Wesley), Quinn Coggins and Cortland Miller; and her great grandchildren, Penelope, Heidi, Harper and Dexter. She is also survived by 2 brothers, a sister and was loved by many extended family and friends.
