He was predeceased by: his parent Cero Baker. He is survived by: his mother June Street Baker of Oakwood, VA; his wife Patricia Ann Rossell Baker of Dandridge, TN; his children, Amber Baker Norwood (Shaune) of Kingsport, TN and Josh Baker (Amanda) of Tazewell, VA; his stepdaughters, Heather Reed of Fredericksburg, VA and Rebecca Reed Rose (Tony) of Fredericksburg, VA; his siblings, Melissa Mitchell (Dave Wilson) of Cedar Bluff, VA and James Cero Baker (Rita Jill) of Rosedale, VA.; and his grandchildren, Ethan Baker, Emily Baker, Kal, Zehring, Wyatt Norwood, Lilianna Lanning, Liam Lanning and Hazel L. Rose. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to The American Cancer Society.
