He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Ellis and Wilda Ellis; his grandparents, Joe, Daisy Ellis, Will and Bertie Worth; and his sisters-in-law, Gail "Cricket" Swann and Verona "Ronny" Swann.
He is survived by: his wife Jane Ellis; his stepmother Violet Ellis; his brother Lynn Ellis (Sandy); his niece Leslie Ellis; his brother-in-law Kyle Swann; his nephews, Stephen Swann (Susie) and Shane Swann (Katherine); his niece Brandy Swann; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Corey, Andrew, Caden Swann, Raven and Riane Goins; and his uncle Delmer Worth (Myrtle).
