He was predeceased by: his parents, Jonas E. Cooper and Pandora Lewis Cooper; and his brother Jerry Cooper. He is survived by: his wife Teela Cooper; his children, Rhoda Tipton (Robert) and Jonas Cooper (Vanessa Archer); his grandchildren, Skylar Cooper, Robbie G. Tipton and Carlie Tipton; his brothers, James Cooper and Dennis Cooper (Bonnie); and his close friends, Jennifer, Shane Hall and D. D. Poston. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
