She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Luther Franklin and Lettie Thomas Franklin (Guy Manning); her son Don; her siblings, Quentin Franklin (Roxie), Raymond Franklin (Elizabeth), Keith Franklin (Katherine), Mary Lee Webb (Richard), Thelma Lindsay (Walter, Jr.), Ben Luther Franklin and George Howard "Mouse" Franklin (Nancy); and her brother-in-law Joe Manning (Priscilla).
She is survived by: her brother Ralph Franklin (Libby); her brother-in-law James Manning (Joyce); her nephews, Steven (Kathy) and Dwight (Teresa); and her grandchildren, Tamara Manning-Young, Brandie Keen, Makala Von Burgen and Kyle Manning. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Farrar Funeral Home - Dandridge (162 E Meeting St, Dandridge, TN 37725). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Hills Union Cemetery (2383 Hills Chapel Rd, Dandridge, TN 37725).
