He is survived by: his parents, Charles Gordon Goddard and Jessica Thomas Goddard; his wife Wayna Kyte of Dandridge; his children, Jessica Elizabeth and Charles Edward; his sister Connie Spicer; his brother-in-law Steven Spicer; and his parents-in-law, Wayne and Margaret Kyte. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be sent to First United Methodist Church of Dandridge or Isaiah 117 House of Jefferson County.
