It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Celeste Ray Swagerty (Dandridge, Tennessee), who passed away on February 25, 2020, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband David Swagerty; her parents, Vera Ray Curberson and Clyde Curberson; and her brother Chester Peake. She is survived by: her siblings, Sanford Cuberson (Chris) of Morristown, Albert Curberson of Morristown, Harold Cuberson of Jefferson City, Cynthia Branner of Jefferson City, Clyde "Randy" Curberson of Jefferson City, Jeffrey Cuberson of Dandridge, Della Brown of Jefferson City, Lisa Curberson of Morristown and Angela Ledford (Tommy) of Jefferson City; her aunt Geraldine Dockery (Carl) of Dandridge; her uncle Walter Ray (Joann) of Dandridge; and her close friend Charles "Soul" Branner. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
