With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cecil Strange (Dandridge, Tennessee), born in Morristown, Tennessee, who passed away on March 17, 2018. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Dulcie Strange; his parents, Carl Strange and Daisy Strange; and his siblings, Colbert Strange, Warren Strange, Mary Huiting, Martha Loveday and Bernice Hall.
He is survived by: his sisters, Delores Williams and Gladys Sellars (Bill). He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
The family has requested that In Lieu of Flowers Memorial Donations be made to Volunteer Blind Industries, 758 W. Morris Blvd, Morristown, TN 37813.
