He is survived by: his wife Ruby Blair; his daughter Susuan Thompson; his stepchildren, Lorri and Janice; his grandchildren, Brittini and Dylan; his stepgranddaughters, Pam and Brittany; his great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Patrick and Wren; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Troy Dale, Alex, Chase and Kaden; and his siblings, Dave Blair (Carolyn), Linda Caldwell (Gene) and Carol Maples (Gary). He is also survived by other extended family and friends.
